Area Groups > Southern Area

The Southern Area Group make a welcome return to the scene holding it's first meeting in several years. Pictured right (from left to right) were Chris, Paul, Zoe, Alison, Jenny, Andy and Ian (your webmaster was behind the camera!). We had a nice meail at the Vine Inn followed by a drive across the New Forest to the coast for a short walk and chat. Ian remains a keen club member, even though he sold his H4 a few years ago to buy his current Morgan, and he drove down from the Midlands in his well travelled Morgan. The Heaton family attended with their 2 white Quantum Saloons.

The next meeting on 28th November 2004 is a visit to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. A relaxing tour of the museum and lunch starting at 11am.

Looking forward to 2005 and we will be meeting at 1pm for Sunday lunch on 27th February again at the Vine Inn after having an excellent dinner there last time.

We plan to have another meet, possibly on 22nd May 2005 with the exact details to be arranged.

Currently planned for 20th or 21st August 2005 is a BBQ on the beach, possibly at Sandbanks, near Poole.
