I purchased this number some years ago for my
1600cc Quantum 2+2. It is now no longer required
and is available to anyone who may want to
personalise their car. With a screw in the right
place it reads A 1.6 ' TUM. It is currently on
retention with DVLA and is therefore immediately
available to be transferred. |

Quantum 2+2
in silver. Built 1999 from a 1986 XR2, with
Soft top. I have had the car for about 2 years.
This makes it a fun family sports car.
It has a new set of Monroe shocks, brand new
full stainless steel exhaust, new cv boots and
steering rack boots, new clutch, electric windows.
The car is very reliable and starts first time.
The only down side to the car is that there
is some blistering which i am told is a a reaction
on various parts of the cars paintwork.

CVH with gas flowed head, Full Magnex exhaust, roll
cage.
Colour – metallic
turquoise – Toyota colour I think.
Spare parts and parts bought
to fit but never used include struts for boot,
window glass, spare bonnet (was going to fit extra
lights and bull bar to use spare bonnet in winter,
we encounter deer and other wild animals locally)
fast road cam and followers. Complete wiring loom
and assorted other parts. Spare seats in good
condition.
I will sell to an enthusiast
with the necessary skills to return this car to the
condition it should be in. It does require work,
mostly cosmetic to make it a good car. i.e. nearside
door hinges, window regulators (I have these with
adaptors), interior trim, carpet.
I have a dedicated A’ frame
I might be prepared to part with, so someone with a
big wad of the ‘readies’ and a towbar can take it
away same day if the price is right. Car tows well
on the A’frame. |
